Oct. 4 - Knights Win UMAC Title

The MLC men's golf team took home the UMAC Golf Championship Saturday with a two-day total of 652 strokes, 14 strokes better than second place Northwestern. The Knights relied on their depth as they have all season, as Joe Zell and Isaac Cross both shot 161, while Joe Biebert and Ethan Wessell scored 162 and 168 respectively. 

Sept. 23 - Knights Eek out Sixth Straight Win

MLC's men's golf team beat Bethany, Northwestern and North Central at the Martin Luther Invitational with a total score of 320 at the New Ulm CC Tuesday afternoon. Bethany also shot 320, but lost the tie-breaker to the Knights, who once again took advantage of their balance. Ethan Wessel led the Knights with a 78. Joe Biebert shot an 80, while Joe Zell and Isaac Crass both scored 81. Junior Jacob Haag provided the winning tie-breaker for MLC with an 86.

Sept. 18 - Knights Push Win Streak to Five

The MLC men's golf team won the Cougar Invitational at Benson Country Club by 35 strokes, led by a 75 by Joe Zell. Joe Biebert, Isaac Crass and Ethan Wessel shot 76, 78 and 81 respectively in the Knight's fifth consecutive win to open the season. MLC finished with a final total of 310 strokes.

Sept. 15 - Knights Win UMAC Preview

The MLC men's golf team won the MLC Preview golf meat held at Island View with a four-player total score of 330. This marks the second tournament the Knights have won in a four-day period.

Sept. 12 - Wessel Shoots 70 at Bethany Invitational

Sophomore Ethan Wessel finished in first place individually at the Bethany Invitational, held at LeSueur Country Club, with a round of 70, eight strokes better than the second place finisher. The round helped the Knights finish first in the team event with a four-player total of 314, 19 strokes lower than second-place finisher Crown.
