QUICK GAME RECAP: The MLC have had a strong start to their conference schedule winning their first two conference games, extending their overall winning streak to four games. They extended that winning streak with a win over St. Scholastica by a score of 59-38. Although MLC struggled in the first half, shooting a weak 23% from the field, they came back strong in the second half, holding St. Schlastica to 19 total points in the second half and shooting 46% themselves. MLC's defense forced 26 St. Scholastica turnovers during the contest. The Knights were also aided by their gigantic rebounding maring of 51-30. Both Sarah Scharf and Rachel Kramer had huge games on the glass, grabbing 13 and 10 rebounds respectively. The Knights will look to continue their winning ways Tuesday against Northland.
